Cars consistently park in front of fire hydrant and in crosswalk at intersection of 7th and 7th north. Police will occasionally ticket, but not a consistent occurrence . Besides just being a hazard being in front of a hydrant, there are also people confined to wheel chairs and families with young children that are relying on access to crosswalk and sidewalk.How do you go about requesting a “ no parking here to corner “ street sign. Seems to me it would make this a non issue
