Description
The large banyan tree in the Indian Mound Park in Pinellas Point overhangs our property and drops a huge amount of leaves and branches into our yard. While this may sound trivial, this results in excess yard maintenance/costs, pool issues/costs and has the potential to further damage our roof. For example, while closing on this property last year, the inspector found a hole which he felt was likely attributed to a large fallen branch which was subsequently repaired. We greatly appreciate the beauty of this old tree, and would only like to request the city trim it back enough to reduce the likelihood of future roof damage to our home and limit the amount of waste falling into our yard. Thank you for your consideration.
