Description
Along Payne road, headed west after the nonesuch river bridge on the right side of the road, and in the woods is a tractor trailer that has been there for at least 15 years. Needless to say, it is surrounded by 15 year old trees. Half mile further along is a 15 year old sign whose paint is totally gone. Is it the land owners intent to have them discovered and removed by archeologists. What’s the town’s intent?

And the 15 year old sign? That’s older than most permitted signs in the town.
Regarding the truck, does that mean my brother in law could park his trailers there too, and especially if they are no longer registered? It’s not like that property has a house on it. Add the truck, and it’s nothing more than an unregistered/unpermitted parking lot. Seems like something could and should be done. How about a call to the owner just to see if he acknowledges the truck being there, and who owns it. Might be someone just dumped it there and he’s unaware of it’s presence.
