    There is a shed placed on top of the property line and the back side of the property has a two 4' fences stacked on top of each other so it is 8' high. The fences are visible from my back yard on Avenue 5.

    I was at Pine Point Beach the other Sunday 6/9/19 and the toilets and overall condition of the bathrooms were filthy. Waste everywhere the toilets did not look like they had been cleaned in weeks. My grandson went into one of the stalls in the mens room and locked the door and could not get it unlocked due to the fact that it had rusted beyond use. We love our trips to Pine Point Beach, I had never been in the men's room before and was shocked about the condition. Please look into this matter and clean up your act.

    The stairs at the end of Vesper St need to be repositioned. The top stair that connects to the platform has been pulled away because the stairs have twisted. A quick reset of the stairs will save the expense of replacing them.

    9 Wynmoor Dr Scarborough, Maine - Scarborough
    On Wynmoor Drive just past Hampton Circle there seems to have been a road repair that’s created a crown on the road between existing catch basins/stormwater drains that is preventing rainwater, snow melt and other high volumes of water from surrounding roads/yards to build up/flood this intersection. The worst seems to be during snow melt and cold temperatures where this whole area iced over. People have fallen while walking pets, kids have fallen going to bus stops and cars and trucks have lost control at low speeds while crossing over this area when frozen. Didn’t know I could upload images or I would have collected a few to add. Now that the melt has occurred, the area is just damp but is still easy to spot.

    Regardless of the dated picture, the area of road between 9 Wynmoor Dr and 3 Hampton Cir continues to flood during any significant rainfall; making it impassable to pedestrians and kids walking to their bus stops.

    The litter on the side of many roads in the town is a real problem. Payne, Broadturn, Holmes, Ash Swamp, Route 1 to name a few. What is the town's plan to help clean up? Potential home buyers have commented on how bad it is. It may be affecting our home values if collectively we don't do something about it. Many of is are trying to rally neighbors and residents but need the Town to make an effort.

    Speed limit should be reduced in this area. There is increased traffic volume with this intersection and additional homes added in habitat area near the turnpike

    Constant daily early morning dogs barking. They also bark regularly during the day and night. Do these people put the dogs out in the fenced back yard and leave for the day? Who lets their dogs bark constantly like that? From MA I ASSume. I've called animal control but haven't gotten response yet. Are other neighbors bothered by this dog noise?

    For over four years a contractor on bridges drive has been parking his equipment on the public right of way across the street from his business, and never has been cited for violation of the town's ban on overnight parking. This has been going on for so long all vegetation has been replaced with hard packed dirt, and the edge of the road bed has been broken off. What makes this on going/forever violation my being enforced? Could my brother in law park three 53 trailers in the same location and expect not to be ticketed? I think not. Why the special treatment?

    There is a fairly large pothole near the end of Woodland Rd just past our driveway
