Description
The house they are adjacent to is under renovation and there is a lot of trash as a result of the renovation... would also be nice if someone could talk to the new owner about not trashing the neighborhood before he even moves in. Also he has a porta-potty out front which he has left unlocked and the neighbors have seen vans full of people stopping to use it like it's a rest stop.

CLM... you should try to ask the owner or contractor to clean up his mess... most guys are oblivious to the fact of the mess that they are creating and need to be reminded.
You should also tell them about the Porta Potty... most guys will put a lock on it after being told about others using it in after hours. Folks leave a mess that the contractor/owner is responsible for.
