The public sidewalk on Frazho, between Carl Street and Hoffmeyer Street, two houses from Carl Street, is sinking. It collapsed in the middle and the ends are sticking up. Maybe there's a broken pipe from the hydrant that washed it out under the sidewalk. It's really bad and sinking more.
