B.A.R.T. track median, where there are elevated BART tracks near Adeline close to Children's Hospital,This entire median needs a major clean up, bushes trimmed , weeds pulled, litter pick up, advertising signs torn down. Some years ago when the planting in this median were put in, the neighborhood was promised that the median plantings would be kept up, but look at it now, absolutely disgusting! Please get a crew to the site and get this area into shape! I don't care of BART or the city of Oakland owns the property, just get it cleaned up.
