Deskripsyon

The roads in our neighborhood were paved recently so everything was level. There is a 2 foot diameter circle in the road near the curb that is sinking. It is deep enough that water now pools in it. The sidewalk near this part of the road is sinking as well. When I drive on this part of the road, it feels like a speed bump and it should be flat.
