Description
There is a fire hydrant close to the corner. Often people part between the hydrant and the corner crossing. Delineators (or in an ideal world, curb extensions) would help making crossing safer (especially since many drivers ignore the No turn on Red sign).

It's actually the hydrant on Gifford Ave and JFK on the NW corner of the intersection that I had in mind.
