“Both National Grid & DEP’s subcontractor DiFazio have active permits for work being done at this location [Bayview Pl. between Creston Pl. & Ward Ave. and between Creston Pl & Rosewood Pl.]. They found temporary to-grade trench cuts along the parking lanes on both sides. All gas work done on sidewalks have been restored. DiFazio has temporary to-grade asphalt around all the fire hydrants. Both trenches are in moderate condition, slightly lumpy and with some asphalt debris, very common with an active work site. Overall roadway condition is OK; nothing severe to cause alarm at this time.”
