The entire intersection of E. Ann and Zina Pitcher Place needs "No Turn on Red" signs. There are far too many pedestrians crossing at these corners not to have safe signage. I've personally seen and experienced several close calls with drivers turning right on red, especially from Zina Pitcher Place onto E. Ann. I've also seen drivers running red lights in order to make that turn without stopping. Thank you.
