Description
Multi-year do-it-yourself construction of concrete single-family residential structure at 1810 Nebraska Avenue NE stopped approximately 1 year ago and nothing has taken place since. The structure is only partially built with unused construction materials piled up in front and is a major eyesore on a heavily traveled thoroughfare. Note: This is after the previous structure at the same location sat unoccupied for at least a year after being totaled by a fire.
