Description

The neighbor carelessly cut his tree down and left the branches all over the public side walk blocking residents from using it and forcing them to walk half way down the street this could possibly cause an accident for both cars and having a person run over as cars speed through the neighborhood all day everyday. It's not the neighbor property to be using public sidewalk and the public street lane.
