Opis

There is a redish color Toyota car and a bluish color car sitting in driveway that do not run. They have been sitting with nothing done to them for 18+ months. When previously reported in early 2017, owner advised inspector and Dennis Kennedy he was refurbushing both cars. They have continued to sit since in same condition they were in previous complaint.
