Description

Crumbling colored street tiles. Not even a year old and the crosswalk art at the courthouse is falling apart, faded, stained black and an eye sore for the center piece of out City. Did we get a guarantee on the installation? Is there any plan to maintain it? Looks pretty tacky when you walk by.
