What exactly does thar mean? Court, fines removal of water and or pool? Thank you.

07/12/18 a summons was issued and the court will set a date to hear case. 07/16/18 my supervisor went and placed mosquito dunks in water to kill any mosquitos and their larvae

It means they have issued them summons as the re inspection showed they have not complied.
This is now going into court to be court order by the Judge for it to be removed or cleaned out of the water. This is order by the Judge if not done each day will be fined what the Judge set forwarded till it is done.

Pool appears to be being manually cleaned as water is beginning to clear. Issue still not entirely abated will continue follow up

To summarize... found the condition existed, sent notice to owner, and subsequently a summons. Upon visits saw the pool water was being cleaned until condition no longer existed. Court date yet to happen and new complaint about same issue opened. Followup complaint 4965243

Emptying the pool of stagnant, germ infested, disease carrying water by hand by dumping in the back yard... is disgusting, a crime against nature, a CDC Health Violation... and unacceptable... how can this be an appropriate solution?

You will never, ever be able to get the owners of 373 New York Ave. to clean this up in the manner that is needed. The City is accepting “putting a band aid on a heart attack.” Using a bucket and dumping the water, thousands of gallons, in the backyard is not a solution. The filthy pool just keep filling up everytime it rains.

DUMPING THE WATER WITH A BUCKET BY HAND INTO THE YARD IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION. YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET THE OWNERS TO COMPLY. THE CITY IS ACCEPTING “PUTTING A BAND AID ON A HEART ATTACK.”
