Stormwater staff inspected the boxes on Caswell yesterday morning (6/28) and found no sediment deposition in them, which would be evident if the erosion control measures had failed.
The photo appears to show turbid water, which sediment control measures do not prevent. Offsite turbidity without sediment deposition is not a violation of Town and state sediment and erosion control regulations.
We are forwarding the information to Orange County Erosion Control Program staff so that they are aware of the report as they continue to monitor the project site.
