Deep flooding that crawled up eight properties three feet from garages, cars, and front doors. Cars would’ve been flooded if parked on the street. If cars travel down Dartmouth Ave n east or west, they cause a wake which travels up the properties and floods more. Would cause major damage if this was a hurricane.
