The recycle bin is constantly being used as a trash dumpster and not being picked up by sanitation, thus the items are rotting in it. Since it is not being used correctly, please remove form the area so people do not use it at all. I wish to stress this is a constant issue with this area and there is no recycling pickup in our alleys in our area.
