This location has shown to be a regular offender of being a dump site. I cannot be sure if this is the occupants of the residence behind it or not. Being this is a repeat location, it seems like the landlord, or property owner should have to start making sure this is not occurring or impose fines from the city.
I'm concerned that reporting garbage is happening instead of using proper garbage disposal (go to the dump, free annual pickup per the address).
Is this where this can be addressed?
