Description

Alley is washing out. City only dumps dirt on top which only washes into street clogging the street gutter and ultimately gets picked up by street sweeper. Uneven & full of holes. Alley at higher elevation than adjacent properties as City continually dumps dirt on top, now yards are flooding. This needs to be FIXED not continually covered up.
