Description

What appears to be a dumped 4x4 piece of plywood on the corner sidewalk at the SW corner of W MacArthur Blvd & West St (see circled item in attached 6/19/18 photo) turns out on further investigation to be a jury-rigged temporary cover for an electrical vault (lighting? traffic signal?) whose cover has been stolen or lost (see attached 6/19/18 photo in next comment). The plywood is a trip hazard at an ADA ramp area. The vault lid must be replaced IMMEDIATELY.
