Continuous Yard Parking and accumulating junk all over the front yard. On two separate occasions I have had to call for Garbage Pick up because these owners dump unwanted furniture on the curb. Their items would remain for 3 months before "I" would call for pick up. This neighbor has no respect for our neighborhood.
