I have been using the San Pablo Ave and West St (19B) exit for many years and it is only continues to deteriorate. It is a popular exit as evidenced by how there are more than ten potholes on the street. I have seen cars swerve or drive dangerously trying to dodge the potholes. Please fill in these potholes soon to keep our city and people safe.
