The issue in the Farmhouse driveway is unrelated. P&P was there for a routine cleaning of storm drain catch basins.

I oversee the restaurant at the address listed 189 Bank St (El Cortijo). For our part, everything that leaves the kitchen passes through a Grease Trap that is cleaned and serviced quarterly. All used fry oil is collected and recycled by a 3rd party company that produces biodiesel.

This outlet to the city main needs to be maintained more frequently. This was acknowledged to me by a DPW emoloye the last time this occurred.

I also didn't mean to single out any restaurant(s) in the area as the cause of the grease issue(s). DPW staff also didn't implicate any individual businesses were the cause of the grease issues only "restaurants".
