Description

Construction workers are blocking the crosswalk with large hoses. One of the hoses is not properly secured and spewing an unknown liquid all over the road and cross walk ( hopefully water? ). When I said something about it I was sworn at by the construction workers there. This is my daily commute and I feel threatened to even walk by there.
