Description

Cars treat red right arrow as a "right on red" turn (or honk at other cars that aren't turning) causing vehicles to speed through the crosswalk cycle. This new system is confusing to both drivers and pedestrians, and has nearly gotten me hit on multiple occasions when crossing with the pedestrian light.
