There are 2 overgrown trees in front of my house of each side of my driveway that has grown very large for the small yard and area they were planted at 22 years ago. The limbs are overgrown onto the road and my yard causing dead grass and large roots surfacing in the yard. Can they both or one tree be removed or replaced with smaller trees or just 1 tree? Can the county top off the trees and remove lower hanging branches? The root are growing towards my driveway and causing cracks, etc. I do not want to trim or damage these trees since they are so large for the small area they are planted in. Also, can you trim or remove the large pine trees in the center island of the phantom moon walk circle THANK YOU very much!!! The trees are blocking my front view of my house causing moisture and algae build up on my house
