Deskripsyon
There is a stream of human waste that has been dumped along the 18th street side of Ramondi Park. The stream starts at the playground and runs past the restrooms. There are several Park residents that pointed to a white suburban as the culprit... they indicated that their RV septic tank was open and spilled all along the entrance to the park. Children play in this park and the RV parking and trash is creating a public safety issue for residents using this park.
