Actually, that board is just lying on the ground, not covering a hole. There were about 4 holes that were left unsecured and improperly covered for 6-7 days, but they were finally filled in. Will the company that dug up the park land be responsible for repairing the turf?

Thank you for reporting this issue to Fixin' Dixon. The work taking place is encroachment permit work for AT&T. The contractor is required to replace everything as it was previously. Contractor will be required to replace all landscape and irrigation before the permit is closed out.
