Descrizione

The leak is on the southeast side of Belcher Rd and Ulmerton Rd. There was only water originally when noticed. On Sunday a pipe was visible about 1-2 inches above the asphalt. On Monday, the pipe was broke on the top appearing not to puncture tires as vehicles drove over it.
