Appreciated, Inform me as to the whether or not this building is en recordin(s) as a non smoking building insofar ... ordinances and or stipulations.. Withstanding, a great deal too is to be desired insofar as grand-pumping noise pollution / overly audible noise kitsch. Kindly, clue my and the remnant of the aged and feeble whom are tenants as to how better we may make nonlight attempts at breaking ground resolution-wise on the listed above issues.
