Description

There is a stormwater drain at the back of my neighbor's property at 4428 and this drain is meant to handle the stormwater runoff from the yards of the houses from the top of the street to our houses. While the houses on the street were being built a settlement pond existed around the drain. This pond was filled in after the houses were completed. There is a drainage easement across the back several feet of our yards.
Unfortunately, the ground around the drain has settled to the point that the drain is no longer at the lowest point. Therefore, during and after heavy rains a significant amount of standing water is left in our yards. This seems to be exacerbating the settlement problem, please inspect
