Hasn't been fixed (as of Thursday 5/24/18). Both signs are still there. It would be less confusing if the 55 mph sign removed.

As relayed below, the issue you have contacted us about is either on a roadway that is under the jurisdiction of the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), or is associated with a construction project and/or maintenance project that is administered by ALDOT and/or their contractors.

ALDOT has requested that any questions or concerns about roadways under State jurisdiction be referred to the ALDOT Road Concerns reporting page, at: https://cpmsapps2.dot.state.al.us/RoadConcerns/

The City of Huntsville has no jurisdiction on this roadway, and is unable to fulfill the requested sign removal. ALDOT will be able to address concerns promptly when received through their reporting system.
