The lights aren't in order causing major traffic jams. One light turns green but you can't travel as the next light is ref. And yet the one after that is green. It's like a Christmas when you traveling on Harrison street. It basically starts at Pierce st all the way to Druid st. Takes about 20 minutes to cross due to the light being interchanged green/red.
