More importantly to the mold on the walls of this bridge is the three pipes on both sides of the bridge where the reclaimed water, potable line and the sanitary sewer lines are located. These aboveground pipes show significant corrosion, especially the sanitary line (green) pipe. Rusting and pitting. Next time I walk by I will photograph.

The city of St Pete likes mold. Haven't you seen under and around all the over passes everywhere? Also, why with the white paint? Isn't the city into art work and paint? How about a nice greyish green or even dark gray? Anything but white.
