The park-side of Courtland Creek Park does not have any "no parking" signs. Vehicles and large dump trucks often park here. They restrict the flow of traffic. For some reason it's most prevalent at the intersection of Thompson and Courtland Ave.
Other parts of Courtland Creek Park have signs posted. Signs ought to be posted here too
