Description

2000 Dennison is the location of the Downtown Charter Academy. Approximately 250 + students attend. There are no crosswalks on Embarcadero, Dennison or Livingston for the children walking to school and there are NO School Zone speed limit signs. There should be FLASHING signs and a speed bump at the entrance. Will it take a child being hit by a speeding vehicle coming or going on to the Coast Guard Island before anything is done?
