Description
There are political signs in city property for an attorney general. The signs are on the 565 and 256 ramp, Hughes and Madison Blvd, Zeirdt and Madison Blvd, and so on. City ordinances forbids any signs not authorized by the city to be placed on city property.

The signs are located on city, state and federal right-of-ways which is still against the law for all three. I could care less about the candidate but I'm not allowed to put a garage sale sign up on right-of-ways so why should anyone else?
Under Alabama Code Section 23-1-6, signs, markers and advertising on the rights-of-way of state controlled highways are prohibited.
