Request has been forwarded to The Department of Public Works for further investigation. The request has been placed in the system for sidewalk repairs. Please note- Mgmt team states that there is a two to three year repair list for sidewalks and curbs. Please continue to monitor request using CRS#20020887773 . Updates or follow up can also be conducted by dialing the Richmond Customer Care Center at 804-646-7000.
