The weeds in this yard are over one foot high. The grass/weeds have not been cut in several months. The owner is gone for several months at a time, comes home for a very short time, and then leaves again. She does not make any arrangements for the yard to be taken care of while she is gone. Unfortunately this property is next door to my house. Snakes have been seen in the yard. The property is a disaster. Trees in the yard are dead and/or unpruned. Grass will not grow at edge of my yard because of tree limbs hanging over from that yard. This is the third time I have reported this and other neighbors have also complained. Something needs to be done to resolve this issue permanently. We do not have an HOA to help us with this problem, but we should not have to keep dealing with this kind of property neglect in a nice community such as Flowery Branch!
