They are at it again!!! It is 3:54 am and a GAUTHIER trash truck emptying bins behind Dress Barn and TJ Maxx at the Shelburne Road Shopping Plaza was up there slamming bins and screeching their lift and woke me up.

Now it is 5:15 and a GAUTHIER trash truck came back to the area behind Dress Barn and TJ Maxx at the Shelburne Road Shopping Plaza and made an insane amount of noise and woke me and my kids up again.This has become beyond ridiculous.

Agreed! This noise is aggressively loud, both the rumbling of the trucks and the slamming dumpsters. Surely they can find another time to do it.

Pretty sure I heard them at 5:15 this morning. Have you considered calling Gauthier, Pomerleau, or the commercial tenants? I would not hold my breath for code enforcement, as their default seems to be "We drove by and didn't see any violations so we closed the issue."

This issue still goes on twice a week, every week. Every Tuesday and Thursday at 3am a Gauthier garbage truck makes such a huge amount of noise that it wakes up my family. We have called Gauthier and they could care less. Please do not give that horrific company your money. They are awful. The 3am noise is so impactful that my entire family has started sleeping in the basement where it is more quiet. My neighbors are being driven crazy as well. The collective anger has grown to the point that with no remaining options for peaceful outside intervention we are going to have to do what we have to do, by any means necessary . The garbage person knows what he is doing, He has been asked to be more respectful and in typical Gauthier fashion has nothing but contempt for the Burlington community.
