Extremely loud. Can't open windows at night because of noise. Please fix.

It is totally ridiculous this hasn't been addressed. I pay a ton of money in taxes and up all night because of this loud super loud ac unit. Please fix today or i will escalate to whomever listens.

This is a building code issue and I will refer it to the Building Official. Thanks

Hello. Thanks for letting us know. I have contacted the Decatur Housing Authority to let inform them of the equipment noise. Since this is a rear building, maintenance staff may not be aware of the noise. When I have received confirmation that the request has been received by staff at DHA, I will update the status of this request. Thank you

I received word that DHA has performed service on this. If the unit makes noise again please let us know.
