Why hasn't this been fixed permanently yet?

Come to Florida, rent a convertible, drive to beautiful St Pete beach and smell sewage in the air as soon as you exit the freeway?

If you would like to make a new report and have the levels checked, please open a new report and check the questions so we can file a report.
