Since the closing of K-mart multiple semis have been using the Kmart vacancy as a de facto truck stop idling throughout the night; in which the Trucks are creating a noise disturbance as well as odor due to the diesel exhaust; moreover, there has been an uptake in the individuals roaming the property and with future inspection individuals have broken the windows again.
