Description

Does the city of Ann Arbor have ordinances to deal with this type of situation? Possibly concealing a fire hazard among other problems. If there is an ordinance, then is it ever enforced?

Yes, outdoor storage does have it's limits per code. A Community Standards Officer of the Ann Arbor Police Department issued a notice of code violation on 4/11/2018. The homeowner requested and was granted a 3 week time extension to comply.
