At first I considered this trite then I thought about how many unlicensed and uninsured contractors are out there preying on us homeowners. $65 is a nothing sum of money considering how much it costs to redo an A/C system. Any HVAC company worth its salt would automatically pop the fee down thus to not incur any fines.
So, if it were me I’d walk across or down the street and give the heads up to the homeowner that they hired a charlatan.
