Thank you for your quick response! There are multiple violations in and out of that house. Illegal dumping, maggots in the house, mold, electric lines out all over the house, and gaping holes in the ceiling. For the good of the public it should be looked at. The water is off and there is an elderly person in a wheelchair living there.
