Request for the installation of a storm drain at 5194 which gets all the runoff sitting in front of home in roadway. No storm drains in circle at all. Resident wants a call to meet on site in the field to discuss the issues. Icing in winter is severe and causing a safety issue for resident. Comments will update resident via email also.
