Q. Please describe the concern.
A. The construction at this intersection has reduced the number of northbound lanes on 71st St. from three to one, significantly backing up traffic daily. Please adjust the northbound light to allow more cars through while construction is ongoing. Particularly during peak hours (when the school lets in/out). Traffic is backing up and blocking school entrances/exits and neighborhoods as well. The light barely lets a few cars through each time.
